Recently sold a property using ATM, nothing short of abysmal customer service, half way through sale doubled the quote for work as hadn’t realised my property was a 50/50 shared ownership so final bill 1,400£. Was told on numerous occasions to contact the housing association involved myself regarding queries, what was I paying them for, documents sent to wrong address on a few occasions. Dealt with a number of different staff members over the period of time it took to complete the sale as previous members of staff had left!! This for me in itself says a lot, high staff turn over is not a good sign !! Finally completion day came and all the settlement figures were incorrect and once again I was told to contact the housing association if I wasn’t satisfied, I did this to be told my solicitor had interpreted the figures wrong!!!! No apologies from the solicitor and settlement went from 5k to nearly double!! I wonder who would have benefited from the other half if I hadn’t of questioned the amount and how long I would have been fighting to get the full amount owed to me!! I have bought and sold 6 houses in my life and never had such poor, unprofessional service from a solicitor.

Excellent service  most  cooperative and efficient , a few qualities of these  guys. They handle  my very complicated  case with  utmost  professionalism and got me my ILR. Appalling! Never ever go to this solicitor! They don't advise you correctly and gives you false hope about the case. This firm have no knowledge whatsoever and will just keep you in dark the whole time and when they don't understand what to do- they will tell you to stand for yourself. Please I request you to avoid this firm it will waste your time and money with no results at all. I have seen the result with my own eyes and its very shameful they are still running. This firm is full of scandal, please AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! If you don't want to regret.

Salam every one I am late here but just to let you know Rizwan is best person in the uk I been fighting for my case last 4years my case was indefinite leave to remain on the behalf of domestic violence I change 3 Solicter all took money from me and messed up with my case even I am hopeless and nearly leave uk but in the last I meet Rizwan bhai he change my whole life he put my fresh application with almost same documents and I got my ILR IN 8 months time he is angel he is star I will never ever forget him my good wishes and pray with him he never ask me for money in my past all Solicter take money from me ALLAH PAK GIVE HIM SEHAT he is such a nice person and helping person NO EAST NO WEST RIZWAN BHAI IS THE BEST

These muppets represent the people buying my house.  They have a habit of making demands of the seller that involves expense that the seller is under no obligation to undertake - pointless searches and indemnities and suchlike.   The way they write it, though, Worst of all - our exchange date has been delayed because they were 'too busy' to finish the contracts.  That was five days ago and still no contract.  We were meant to be moving in 3 days time, with removals arranged and everything else, we are living out of boxes as everything is packed, but it looks like we're gonna be stuck here for another week, because these guys are afraid of a bit of hard work. Don't use these guys - too busy napping...
