Ordered 3 books by click and collect. Didn't even need to bring phone for ID, they were right behind the counter and stored under my name. Great bookstore on two floors. Lots of choice. Regular 'BOGOF' deals. Helpful staff. Can check on-line if you don't want to browse.

Ok store, would not advise ordering for store collection here. Ordered 3 items online to be delivered to this store, only 2 of the 3 items displayed as ready to collect while the 3rd displayed that it had been dispatched. Contacted this store directly about this via email to be told that my order was awaiting collection. I go into the store to collect my order (assuming all 3 items were ready), found that only the initial 2 items were ready to collect and only they appeared on the dispatch notes. I assume the store misunderstood my email or worse, had not checked that all 3 items were indeed ready. In-store staff failed to ask for ID (which for security reasons is required upon collection), solely asking for my surname. Next time will be ordering for delivery or shop somewhere else.
