Very rude staff.... just go to a big chain book store instead

They have good things to buy but not to many options on the store or online and the online delivery sometimes is late sometime not and one time I order online and the confirm the delivery and I was waiting one month and and I was asking what happened and the answer was it's on its way but nothing after that the cancel the order and give me the money back and they made the thing that I order more expansive bit anything else was good.
