Store was bright and clean. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Happy to help order in what we couldn't find in store on the day and helped sign us up to rewards scheme and show us around. Upon collecting the ordered items we were greeted with help and enthusiasm making Waterstones Livingston very welcoming.

Nice book store - I like the hand written recommendations on the shelves which inspired me to buy a book I probably wouldn't have noticed! Really nice café upstairs which is an added bonus and a hidden gem within the bustling centre

Great bookshop, lovely quiet cafe on the mezzanine, just relaxing. Staff friendly, tables clean.
This is a great waterstones bookshop. Cafe upstairs as always a treat with great cakes and friendly staff. Popped in to get some presents for the family and have to say the staff here are just excellent. So helpful, funny and attentive when you need them.
