Helpful staff. Wide range of literature on offer

I love browsing here but there are stairs to the first floor so all but bestsellers and children's books are inaccessible to wheelchair users or people with mobility issues which seems totally unacceptable.

It's not the biggest store ever but they have a good selection of books and they can order for a short time too. Just right before Christmas I was in need of 2 very specific books (cosmic price on Amazon and too long delivery time), they order it and I paid half of what they would cost me on Amazon. Both arrived on the same day, funny as book number two only few minutes after I left the store but got the text and came back as I was in a shop couple of units away. Staff is always helpful and kind. Really good store!

Very wide range of books. Should they not have the one you are looking for, then they can usually order it in quite quickly
