Really helpful staff - proper bookshop smell (paper, printing ink, coffee) big shop full of books and other things. Good place for spontaneous presents. Great community run coffee shop. Events etc.

Really like this Waterstones. The staff are so helpful, they have a wide range of books, toys to choose from. They also cater for small kids to keep them entertained which makes our lives easier.

If u love books u will love Waterstones. Also there is a cafe for light refreshments and also toilets. The staff are all very helpful

Pretty great selection of books and subjects/genres. Quiet and relaxing place. Love how it has a cafe on the second floor where you wmcan grab a book and read it while sipping on a hot chocolate. The idea is pretty great.
