Average sized Waterstones with typical Waterstones pricing. Good range of Children’s, Cookery and poetry books. Good selection of fiction, although every now and again I struggle to find certain books when looking for something specific. But of course click-and-collect in-store is a good option, and oftentimes a bit cheaper. Aside from one lady on the downstairs sales desk, who is constantly flustered and snippy, staff are super friendly and always helpful and willing to offer recommendations. The one sore spot for me is the Costa coffee upstairs, which has awful toilets, takes up a lot of space and seems unnecessary considering the amount of coffee shops nearby.

Love this Waterstones. The building itself lends a very respectable setting to floors and floors of books! Also has a Costa in house so when you've found your stash a coffee and a good read can be had in house. Staff are very knowledgable, with an infectious pride for literature. The events are also top class, hosted by a gifted and talented events manager who brings order to what would otherwise be chaos compared to other book store events and signings. Cannot visit Nottingham now without come here!

My favourite Waterstones! The staff in here are super friendly and helpful - I managed to find a book I was buying as a gift in a matter of 5 mins with staff help. Everything is set out in such an aesthetically pleasing way here, I could spend hours in here.

Wonderful branch of the relaxed and immersive book shop. Could have easily come away with armsfull of books for my partner and stepson. Plus a couple of games. In the end I came away with a fantastic book for myself. The sort of thing I just wouldn't have appreciated online. An unusual serendipity addition to my selves that makes browsing Waterstones such a unexpected pleasure.

An oasis of the most wonderful selection of books, so well laid out over four floors. Have a mid-search break at the third floor Costa. I could spend the whole day browsing in a world of my own. Only bought three books this visit!
