Has a great variety of books ranging from non-fiction to fiction. Students receive a discount with their student IDs, so remember to take them with you. Hopefully the manga collection can become larger in the future so that there will be more options to choose from. Right now only certain volumes of the most mainstream manga are available.
Staff are really polite, knowledgeable and friendly. It's a small store but it had a large range. The store also looked nice and up to date.

I love this shop, loads of books. I can always find what I want, if not they order and it is delivered in a few days. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
The store moved from inside the shopping city, to the main high street and although it feels alot smaller, it is nice and new and still very well shocked. Staff are Friendly and helpful and theres a nice kids section for my children to explore.

So the 3rd venue Waterstones have had in Epsom over the years and i'm so glad they have returned, the town was lost without a decent bookseller. It's great to have a lovely place like Waterstones to browse and so satisfying carrying home an exciting bundle of books rather than a blind purchase from an online retailer. Wish it was in bigger premises though!
Great to have Waterstones back in Epsom, they had two stores once, then we had nothing for ages. It makes a change from another coffee shop and books are needed for everyone. The choice and range are excellent and they can always find the book you want and get it for you.
