Waterstones was amazing. Everything was were it was supposed to be. So many great books and lovely staff. The only down side is that they sell the books at the price it was brand new, you can get the same books from Amazon half price. But at least you get to see the books in person?

One of my favourite books shops in Newcastle! Very clean and structured, the staff are always very friendly!

This shop is set in a lovely building, its pretty much set out like every other waterstones. It has a huge selection. The stairs can be a challenge though.

Well organised library with a decent selection of books, board games and a great section for children.

The staff are amazing here. Any time you want a suggestion based on other books they are knowledgeable. From fantasy to books for toddlers. They are the reason I keep returning.

I went for a collection and not only was it quick and easy but the service I received was fantastic they read the book and recommended my choice.
