This is one of the nicest Waterstones branches, regarding stock, layout and location. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Quite good bookshop for a small town. Parking fairly tricky particularly if walking is difficult. Possibly understaffed, could do with some IT to look up books available, but still nicer than shopping online.

Really excellent history section.

Quality shop. Lots of variety. Lovely big children's section. This is not a criticism of this shop but I looked around for some edgy non fiction books to rival what you can get on  you tube these days but lots of the books play safe still. Under the American history section loads on donald trump but what about pearl harbour kennedy assassinations x3 and 9/11 and the fake war on terror. Could do with a a language book for each language. No russian. No Cantonese and no arabic or hindi. Could do with such. Someone might buy one for some light reading and you never know where it might lead.
