Absolutely disgusting place. Never have any appointments. Rang for three days in a row, got told the same over and over to ring every morning at 8am. Fourth time I rang up the woman at reception asked me 'Is it important?'. Ended up giving a sample and am still waiting to here my results 4 months on! I ended up going to a local pharmacy later that week and luckily a member of my family was working that day and she helped me out in under 5 minutes!! If she hadn't of helped me get the correct item, my trip to see family in Manchester would of been a miss!!

I've found this practice to be outstanding since we moved to Blyth 14 years ago. Always helpful and polite.

Horrible doctors surgery, Next to impossible to get an appointment and one of the staff members is very snotty/abusive

always managed to get a same day apt and the doctors are lovely and helpful. Usually ring up 8:30 on the dot, get a call back an hour or so later and get seen within the next couple of hours. Today I rang at 9:40 and got an appointment for 5:40, don't see how people have issues getting seen...

Can't fault them myself and family members have overall had a good service from them, few things have been trialed over the years and they are gradually listening to the patients and doing their best
