I part exchanged my old car, Waterfront dealt with the exchange quickly and efficiently. Since then they've serviced vehicle at a very reasonable price, letting me use their courtesy car whilst waiting for mine. The purchase was based upon their recommendation and experience, thus saving me money in the long run on fuel and general running costs. Their experience as car enthusiasts is obvious! The place is very friendly, and the new service centre looks great. I have recommended to many others and will continue to do so.
This was my first dealings with the team at waterfront and it was a pleasure buying my Audi TT from them. They really made an effort to explain all of the process to me in simple terms and I felt that I was never under pressure to be forced into a deal I wasn't happy with which has been my previous experience with other car sales places. They made it very clear that I was under no pressure and were very helpful. Will be recommending waterfront cars to all my friends and family and Will be coming here in the future for my cars!!
Quality service department at Waterfront. They are so quick to help if we have a problem. We needed an MOT as soon as possible - long story short - They squeezed us in for our convenience and we just got a new MOT certificate and our car back within the hour! Last summer I asked them to look our car over before we drove to Europe - and free of charge they took our car that morning and took time out to inspect the brakes etc to make sure our car was all good to go. They are affordable and reliable! I can’t recommend these guys enough, it’s always a weight off of my shoulders to know that they will always help should I ever need it. Thanks Waterfront service team!
Very happy with the service I have recieved from Waterfront Cars! I have had 2 cars from them previously, and just about to get my new one from them! They helped me through the whole process from start to finish, and kept me up to date on the progress of everything! I'm so excited to get my new car as I know everything will be taken care of for me. Number 1 for customer service, would always recommend the company! For buying cars and even using the service centre.. Thank you everyone. One very happy customer!!!
I have been reading through the reviews posted to this site and it does not appear to reflect the experience I had at all. My Wife and I both bought cars from Waterfront and neither of us could fault the service we received. In all we must have spent a good couple of hours, each, test driving 5 or 6 vehicles before we finally made a decision. The salesman was patient, polite and respectfully distant when we just needed time to do discuss amongst ourselves whilst remaining on hand to answer any queries we had. Neither my wife or I felt pushed or cajoled into making snap decisions and we weren't "Treated" to that hostile negotiation technique I have had at other garages in the past Where the salesman is always trapesing back and forth to the faceless character in the back office who is supposedly the one who can finally decide the agreed price but who never actually ventures out just to sit in front of you I took out Finance on one vehicle and the costs/repayment time etc were fully explained without issue. I was given ample time to ensure I was fully aware of the ups and more importantly the potential downs of financing. The cars were picked up two days later having been serviced and valeted. Importantly it is the aftercare that seems to come up on these reviews and there I can say I believe that Waterfront excel. Unlike other reviewers my own view is that there is no such thing as a faultless vehicle, even New cars have to be returned sometimes but it is the measure of the garage to action any issues as expediently as possible that generates the "Service" score in this review. For our part one vehicle started to pool some water in the back passenger foot well something not noticed until the severe weather set in and outside the 6 month non quibble guarantee issued at the point of sale. One phone call later and the car was booked in. I can't pretend to know much about what the actual problem was but even though the guarantee had expired Waterfront dealt with my niggle and re-valeted the car with no charge. In summary I was very pleased with the service and this may seem like a sexist comment but perhaps take it as just my wife's perspective rather than "all women" She felt comfortable asking questions without it feeling like she was in a boys club. We would recomend Waterfront - indeed we already have to our friends
Normally I don't write reviews but the service that I have received from Waterfront Cars from the get go has been magnificent. Today I got my ford focus titanium fully serviced and MOT and I was very pleased with how thoroughly it was carried out. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an efficient and reliable garage. Ness.
Be aware. Trying to return an unsafe car that we've had for 11 months due to the latest issue - causing us to almost crash and run over a young family - although Waterfront have had the car back for repairs so many times including to fix bad workmanship on a previous repair carried out by them we've actually only been able to use it for four months. We were also offered 12 months RAC Platinum warranty at time of purchase but found out two days ago that Waterfront stopped paying the premium in September 6 months after purchase. Currently waiting for Company Director to contact us should have been in touch by close of business yesterday but 6.45pm tonight still waiting. Every time we call the Sales Manager who we have been corresponding with is 'busy with a client or had 'popped out'. So we have an unsafe car that we're now too scared to drive, no transport to get to work, can't afford to buy a replacement, CAB, Trading Standards both quoted the Consumer Rights Act and said we were within our rights to Reject the car but we can't get a response from Waterfront!!
I bought my new Skoda Octavia vRS estate from waterfront cars and could not be happier! The service I received was outstanding, I would highly recommend them and will be back when it’s time to change car again. My sales assistant Ashley couldn’t have been more helpful and informative and made the process quick, chatty and painless. Overall a great dealership to do business with
I was very happy with the service that I received. After passing my test I needed to find a car that was suitable for my job as a carer and on my way to becoming a nan. Chris spent hours searching for a car that would suit my needs and that was in my price range. I was very happy when I received the car and even now if I have any problems i am able to call Chris and get advice. I rate this company a difinate a 5 star rating.
An absolutely fantastic bunch of people. Honest and reliable. Had severe issues with my VW Polo which no other mechanic had been able to diagnose. Instead of just giving up with the car they have persevered and getting to the bottom of it. Brilliant people, fantastic service. Would recommend to absolutely anyone. They have a customer for life in me!
