The member of staff I saw was ever so helpful. He did not have the part I required after looking. He checked the catalogue and gave me the correct name of the part required and allowed me to make a note of it.  Even though he did not have the item in stock and I needed it urgently, he also let me have the name of a place where I could buy it from. Now that's what you call quality service...  Note, these guys would have been so much cheaper if I ordered the parts through them...  I would definitely recommend to pop in & order your items from these guys...  Kind and friendly, need more people like this in life...  Thank you...
