It was my first time at Parsons Green Dental Practice and I was delighted with the experience. Maria was friendly and knowledgeable, the cleanest and most professional of cleans!
A very good local dentist, everyone is helpful and polite and Sagar has just done an excellent job on my filling without little pain.
Well it all started off from a can-do receptionist, with brilliant English, so my booking was all over and done with in no time at all. A cancellation came up, and I got a next day appointment. You see, I had lost contact with my old hygienist, and being a creature of habit I was reluctant to get in touch with a new one, but as Maria Agius was recommended by my dentist’s Nurse Jeannine working with Nigel Graves I thought I would place my trust in her. And what a job she had ahead of her, me, with my less than perfectly aligned porcelains. That day she had to dig a few tools of torture out from the bottom of her box that’s for sure. But, she knew how to use each and every one of them, even one that I had never come across before, Mrs Agius was an old hand. Everything was explained to me before each step, with the upmost of care, a real woman’s touch - which is the best thing in such circumstances. The ambience of the practice is very relaxing, from the greeting at the door, to the beaten up sofa for punctual folk. I could tell it was a female run business, it very much a departure from the sanitised environment one normally finds oneself in for such work. I was pleasantly surprised, they’ve really cornered the market there. For the experience and the wonderful job administered, I think it well the price, for Central London, most definitely. Book in advance, or pray you get a cancellation. And if you’re really lucky, they’ll give you a free toothbrush.
I have been going to Parsons Green Dental Practice for many years and I would never wish to go anywhere else. The quality of the dentists and the hygienist, Maria is fantastic and you always receive the loveliest welcome from Claire at Reception. She is delightful - both charming and super efficient. All the staff are attentive and friendly. It is a real pleasure to have such a special and high calibre dentist near my home in Fulham.
My first visit to the Parsons Green Dental Practice and it was a great experience. When you go to a dentist you are expecting professionalism, efficiency and integrity and I got all of them. Claire was very welcoming and organised, and Moira was great in explaining all details and steps and in executing the treatment. I would highly recommend this Dental Practice and Moira in particular to anyone in London looking for dental care.
