Having just called in to clean my car today 31/12/17 I am less than impressed with the level of customer service!!! After inserting £7 i noticed that the nut on the power jet wash must have been loose as water was spurting out of the back end of the jet wash. As soon as I started trying to wash my car I ended up getting more water on me than the car. I explained the problem to one of the assistants , who told me to go down to the office and they would “Give me some coin back” I went down to the office where another assistant was washing a car. I explained that the nut probably just needed tightening. The assistant handed me a wrench and asked if I could do it. I went back to the jet wash to try but after 3-4 minutes of trying to get it tightened I gave up. It was obviously siezed into place. By this point I was soaked so thought i’d take the wrench back to tell the assistant it didn’t work. At this point both assistants were sitting in the office chatting. I explained I couldn’t get the nut to budge. “Never mind” the assistant said to me. Took the wrench off me and closed the office door in my face. I had expected one of them to at least either try the nut themselves or give me the money to put into another jet wash. But obviously not. I will therefor use another car wash moving forward and please feel free to use my £7 towards Some much needed customer service training.

Fab to use and it's really cheap price to clean cars where u clean cars yourself or u can go on other side where you can get car cleaned by staff within same premises will recommend 10/10

Came here today paid £10 didn’t even clean the car it knocked the step off along the side of my car and all I got was a sorry oh and mention next time your in and will knock some money off your next wash really you have to be joking will never take my car back there if I had the option to rate no star I would of
