Poor quality. Didn't spray water for longer than 5 seconds before using a brush to scrub the car. Smudges are all over every window after cleaning.

A very good job done at a competitive price.

Asked for mini valet, they washed the car from out side and didn't dry it and asked me to park and wait for to complete the service. Waited for 45 mins and no one shows, I went to pay £5 as I cant wait anymore. The guy asked for £8! They only washed it from outside no wheel polish, no drying.

Half the time they don't clean your car properly but are happy to charge £7.50. My cars panorama roof and side windows still had the soap dripping down and once dried it the windows looked a mess. They just used some greasy cloths and made it look unwashed again. This is what happens when you have Romanians working for you and no team leader to delegate the tasks and check for quality.

Diabolical in every aspect. The price was 12 but they charged me 15 cuz "the outside took too long" although they had seen it and had said "it's not too bad". Scratched my car with the hoover wheely base and denied it implicitly.

Absolutely pathetic service .  My car looked worse after the wash . Loads of areas still dirty , they didn’t give my car a proper hand wash but were very quick to put there hand out and take my money .1star is to high for this ripp off place . I recommend to everyone to stay well AWAY From the place .

Very bad service. They will smoke while cleaning your car  which means your car will smell cigarette by the time they done the job. Eledery gentelman with beard who seems to be the owner was very rude. Never will be back and definetly recommend the one in Elswick Road.

They did a horrible service and the whole interaction was awkward. I got there and they asked for money upfront which I did not feel comfortable in doing but did it anyway. There were two lads there and were jump playing around including jet spraying and running around each other insulting and trying to get each other wet. Quite frankly none of them seemed old enough to work anyway. I'll not be returning.

Great service and friendly team and very good value

They do a good job my car was gleaming when I left
