Wasdale Head Inn

Stopped at the pub today for lunch after some local hikes. Pub was very accommodating and staff really friendly and helpful. Currently Covid secure with a single entrance and exit policy and table service in place. Good wholesome food, simple but very effective menu and a great selection of beers.

Absolutely lovely place. Service was fast and efficient, beer was good and by the food was excellent. Decent portion size & Not badly priced either.

Great pub with a fine selection of ales and food. Caters to walkers and if you get a spot near the fire you won't want to leave!

Cheap camping perfect for before/after scarfell pike. Good food best cheesy chips ever!

Is this the best location for a pub /Hotel? Good supper, friendly service, clean rooms, hot & powerful shower, decent breakfast. Could do with a wider choice of 0.5% beers for the sad ones
