There's something for everyone at the Museum, from dinosaurs to mummies to fine art. Explore our beautifully refurbished galleries, and learn about ancient civilizations from Egypt to Peru. There are also displays on the natural world and Warrington's history, as well as changing art exhibitions featuring work from leading artists. And look out for our brand new Cabinet of Curiosities gallery, opening in early 2014! Guided tours are available – organised group visits by prior arrangement. Contact 01925 442399

Great museum - small, but so many interesting exhibits, activities and interactive displays for kids to get involved with, including replica armour for them to try on. Fantastic place to visit.

Fantastic free museum in the heart of warrington. Often forgotten about  but this little gem always keeps my little obe hsppy for a good couple of hours. On saturdays theres normally craftanoons and usually during term time theres also some sort of craft based activity on- best of all its free (though ypu xan leave a small donation if you please) 
Dont forget to open the draws to discover more fun
