Popped in with my mum who wanted to buy a new chain and a birthday gift for her granddaughter. 3 members of staff and one customer.. all 3 members of staff were serving the one gentleman. We waited patiently for almost 5 minutes before walking out. Terrible customer service.
Paid for my items that's never turned up and yet 2 to 3 months later there still trying to take 245 our they have done this about 3 times and yet refused ro answer why or answer why ny items did not arrive would avoid at all cost
Avoid, my daughter made a purchase and discovered after she left the premises they were faulty. She's young and not savvy enough to check everything in advance. Trying to return them only yielded in her being accused of damaging the items herself and causing her some upset. It was the rudeness of the staff that upset her the most. Not a great experience for her.
Bought a bracelet for my nephew, the lady who served me knew it was too big but advised to get a few links removed would be easy and affordable. From other local jewellers or Timpsons. Both could not do them. So I I went back to ask for a refund the next day to the lady who served me and she refused to give a cash refund. Sold under false information. They tell you when trying to get a refund the do not except returns but not before?
Staff Very helpful, sorted with an email and 1visit,
the attitude of the staff is appalling. they change details on the repair receipts without you being there to witness. they offer you an exchange and then deny. will never shop here again. appalling service. have contacted CEO

Avoid this company. Bought a necklace that's faulty online and there is no way to return it. Contacted the Stockport branch as that's their registered head office and the woman on the phone told me she can't help, said she's not allowed to give me the "real" head office number or email address as she's not allowed to call or mail them herself and they are only allowed to communicate via fax. Had to end the call as the ridiculousness of her lies was just insulting. Sat here now trying to figure out my next move on how to return this.
Placed a reservation for a ring for your wedding to be ordered in. Waited 4 weeks heard nothing. Went to shop to be told can’t get it . Asked why did you not ring us and let us know.. oh it’s not our policy to do that... are you kidding me. What type of customer service makes people wait and then not call them. If you ordered a ring and we never showed to collect I am sure you would be calling us then. I vow never to shop there again and inform anyone I meet to avoid the brand as well. Absolutely disgusted with this company
