Went to H Samuel to look for Christmas present for my sister, I ended up getting several people's presents as I just couldn't not get the items I got as I thought every was perfect for the person I was getting them for. The staff were amazing from the minute I walked in till the minute I left. I ended up going back later on in the day to purchase more gifts. The two female staff that served me went above and beyond to make the experience stress free. I never felt rushed or pushed into buying the items. I'll definitely be going back in the future they didn't have name tags on otherwise they would have got a mention on here.

Went to buy a ring, unfortunately they were out of stock in my size. The lady serving me tried other stores for me, she was extremely helpful.
had a fantastic experience shopping at H. Samuel, the woman who helped us order what we wanted was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She was very honest when when it came to particular metals and their upkeep as I was interested in a white gold ring. She wasn't pushy trying to sell us anything and wanted to make sure we knew exactly what we were buying and that we were happy with it. Could not be more pleased with the service and our purchase.
In store service was good but the courier company they use - DX - has had my item showing as out for delivery for the last 2 days but they haven't bothered to deliver. Avoid if only because their choice of courier is dreadful.
Had to replace my gold watch here due to insurance claim purchased a watch costing 1500.00 within 12 months strap broke got it repaired at Samuel's strap broke again and had to pay£106.00 only wore it 4 times and it broke again obviously a design fault took it back they refuse to mend it. Saying I had obviously caught it and gold is soft so does not bend err wrist watch.
Good, I only needed a silver chain, so did not have time to look around. Friendly staff and easy access.
