Boyfriend bought me some nice rings from this shop and I got served by a young girl and as we walked over to be served she rolled her eyes at us and gave us attitude looked like she didn't wanna be there face like a slapped arse. Very rude. She wasn't helpful at all.

I went to Warren James on 2nd March 2015 to buy my friend a birthday present, and I must say the young lady called Brooke was an absolute delight to be served by. Everyone is quick to complain, but Brooke was so helpful and friendly and you don't get many people like that in shops so I had to say how happy I was with her service. She really was so nice and I was so pleased to be served by her. I hope Brooke gets to see this and thank you so much again :) Louise Bernstein
