My husband and I had been looking for an eternity ring for some time, my engagement ring is a princess cut diamond. I could not find one anywhere to match. We walked into Fraser Hart without high hopes as it was beginning to feel like looking for a needle in a haystack. The manager greeted us and asked what we were looking for. She was very helpful and passed us over to her colleague to help us. They had one ring in stock that matched the description I had given and it was perfect. They sized my finger and ordered it in for me right away. Thank you for making my day Fraser Hart!
I popped into your lakeside store today to collect my items which had been replaced under insurance. It was such a quick and easy process, even during a global pandemic I was dealt with with top quality customer service. I would definitely recommend this jewellers to everyone! Me and my wife went to see Tony and Elle at the Fraser hart Lakeside branch on our 16th wedding anniversary. Tony explained in great detail the quality of the Diamond. There was no pressure put on us. I would certainly choose this store in the future. We walked away with an amazing Engagement ring thanks to Tony's time and patience. And my wife walked away with a big smile on her face with her upgraded ring. Thanks again Tony and Elle for a top class professional service
After shocking experiences in retail this year as almost any store you go to, you then have to leave with the feeling that they did you a favour for letting spend your money in their store. Opposite of that you experience in Fraser Hart Lakeside. Few months ago popped in to see if someone would change a strap for my Oris aquis watch as it needed a special tool to get it done Visited 2 stores who stock Oris watches and they haven't done it Was greeted by Imran one of the nicest and most professional people I had met this year, who did it free of charge even when I offered to pay for it. Later on helped me with the repair of the same watch free of charge! Very professional and pleasure to deal with and kept me informed on the process. Had a chance to meet other people who work there when I came back to buy some earrings for my wife and all of them where really nice and professional. I will definitely be making my future purchases in their store and I would recommend to the same to anyone else.
Visited Saturday afternoon, to find a teachers gift. Staff were polite, respectful of current changes in social distancing and were very helpful in suggestions for gifts. Left feeling pleased with my purchase and happy to return.
Visited the Lakeside store on Sunday looking for some earrings to wear to a wedding. I found exactly what I was looking for and Zoe was very helpful in the decision making process. I would highly recommend this store for excellent friendly service.
Everybody is very kind and friendly, so I can't complain about that. BUT: I got a ring from my partner for Christmas with rubies and diamonds. After a few months occasional wearing, at the beginning of April - one of the rubies fell out somehow. We took the ring back as there's one year of manufacturer guarantee with the ring. After examining the ring, we were told that all the claws were in tact so the ruby shouldn't have fallen out; they said it was my fault because the ring didn't show any manufacturer's fault. I asked how the ruby could fall out, if the claws were closed, the answer was that I might have knocked the ruby against something,and then it broke and fell out. And as I lost the ruby they cannot examine it to find out if it had manufacturer fault and so we couldn't have it repaired it under the guarantee. Although instead of £100 we had to pay £50 to get the ring repaired I still feel disappointed and bitter about it. What is the guarantee for if after a few occasions of wearing it, the ruby can fall out even though I did not notice at once knocking the ring against something. I never thought that a ring could be so delicate. To be honest, I would never get anything from them again as I think their guarantee is worthless.
Very disappointed with customer service of this store. My husband and I have bought several purchases from this store, so when our Son proposed to his girlfriend, we recommended going to Fraser hart for their engagement ring. They purchased a lovely ring and was sent off to be re-sized which took two weeks, longer than we expected but were pleased when they got it. 6 months later, my Sons fiancée said while we were eating dinner, Oh I have a diamond missing and part of the claw had snapped off, They immediately took the ring back and were told it would be sent off to be inspected to see why it had been damaged, it made them feel that they had damaged it purposely. They said it would be at least 6 weeks to be repaired and would go through the insurance if found to be faulty. They were not even apologised to or said sorry or anything. Fraser Hart will not be seeing me inside their shop in the future. I would suggest no one else goes anywhere near Fraser Hart. Very poor service.
The staff are absolutely fantastic, I can't rate them highly enough. I found my watch cheaper elsewhere and they price matched immediately.
Very helpful and attentive staff, particularly Imran who was so friendly and patient, even staying with us after the store closing time!
