Great customer service, the video appointment worked extremely well to help 'test' the mattress types before purchasing. The sustainable and natural material aspect of Warren Evens mattresses was the main focus for me to buy, including the service to recycle my old mattress. My new purchase was to replace my old Warren Evens mattress which has lasted well. My new Organic 6000 model mattress is perfect, firm and 100% natural materials. Can highly recommend for products, value and great customer service.
Ordered new mattress online after daughter's recommendation. Very pleased with whole service. Kept informed re delivery few weeks ahead. Unpacking, installing and recycling old one was included just extra delivery charge as am 120 miles away from London. Delivery guys very pleasant , efficient and early after call when nearby. Bought the top of range double organic firm and am delighted with it. Got with January discount.
It has now been 7 months since the purchase of 2 small double beds for my teenage girls. I can not express just how comfortable the mattresses are - it is hard not to relax immediately when you lie down, they are just so comfortable. Both girls are extremely happy. Even I had had a weekend snooze on their beds. I am lucky enough not to live too far away from the offices and they were happy for my daughters to come choose and try out the beds. The whole experience at Warren Evans was exceptional, from the video consultation to the choosing of the stain for the wood frame and legs as well as choosing the headboard fabric. The sales team were helpful and even until the day of the delivery, were happy to reply very quickly to any further questions. Equally the delivery team were efficient and polite.We ordered Sunday Retro Traditional in small double English Oak stain on the frame & legs, and Rose linen headboard and Organic 5000 Natural pocket spring in Small Double.
We bought our super king bed and mattress from Warren Evans a few years ago and the service was fantastic then as is the quality of the product. We have recently ordered two bedside units to match our bed frame and staff went above and beyond in helping us match the products. They have also been so flexible in altering our delivery date due to renovation works not yet being complete and they always reply really fast. Excellent customer service!
I love my bed! My main reason for purchasing a Warren Evans mattress was that I was looking for a non-toxic natural mattress. As a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist I understand how background toxic exposure and off-gassing can affect one’s health. They don’t have as many options as some brands for firmness, but I’ve found like a good chef just a few very good options work, as they understand how the body should be supported. The mattress is just the right firmness so my back feels really supported, yet it’s also comfy. The customer services team was very helpful in helping me choose the right one. I decided to also purchase a bed frame with them as I was impressed by the quality. They’re not the cheapest out there, but they’re solidly made from quality materials with great craftsmanship. Their neutral styling will match most room decor and changes in fashion. I had an issue with my frame after a year, and I was delighted with how efficiently everything was fixed or replaced free of charge under the warranty. I really can’t knock them. I love my bed! Don’t hesitate in investing in a quality bed and mattress with them.
Just taken delivery of my new Warren Evans bed frame. I was replacing my double bed with a king size and this was my second purchase from them. I bought the double ten years ago and thought not having showrooms anymore would be an issue but the online shopping was really easy. Someone called me after my order was placed to run through and check it was all OK and ten days later the bed has been delivered and assembled. The delivery guys were friendly, quick and super tidy and the bed looks fabulous. Cannot recommend enough!
Warren Evans have been amazing from start to finish. They welcomed us into their workshop to test the beds and mattresses which were not only beautifully made and designed but also so comfortable. We spoke to two main members of staff Chris and Justin who were just totally amazing human beings. They made our experience so wonderful by firstly being human, kind, considerate, knowledgeable and super understand of our situation, which I won’t bore you with. We bought a beautiful velvet finish ottoman bed which was successfully delivered and expertly put together in our home. The bed is beautiful and the mattress is so comfortable, my wife and I have both slept soundly since it arrived. We will never go anywhere else for a bed now. For both frame and mattress! We treated ourselves to our dream bed after 8 years of sleeping on a very uncomfortable bed. We’ve now had the best nights sleep in 8 years over and over again. Amazing. Thank you Warren Evans and thank you Chris and Justin for making the process of buying our lovely bed seamless and easy.
A five star product and service. Mattress is extremely well made and bought to ease back pains. Mattress has done this and exceeded our expectations. First class service. Warren Evans checked and double checked my order calling to see why I ordered a zip and lock mattress and when I explained I was worried about staircase and bend round a tight corner, Warren Evans offered to deliver zip and lock mattress and regular mattress. I kept the regular mattress and refund of the difference was made quickly. You will not find a more professional service or find a mattress made to such a superior specification. Delivery staff were polite and in and out before I could offer cuppa. All packaging and old Mattress removed. I can thoroughly recommend this company's service and their product.
Excellent service from Warren Evans. Although we weren't able to physically try the mattress before we purchased, staff were so helpful with video calls and advice about whether the mattress would fit our existing bed frame and how the 40 night guarantee worked, that we were confident with our choice. Having made an initial enquiry during a sale period, the price was honoured even though the sale had finished when we made the purchase. Sale was quickly confirmed, delivery promptly arranged and the team who made the delivery were brilliant. And not to mention the mattress Organic 6000 which is delightful - super comfy but with just the right level of support. Can't fault the product or the service - thanks so much for improving my sleep!
We purchased our beautiful bed frame and mattress from Warren Evans 2 years ago and have been very pleased with the look, feel and comfort of all the different components. We did recently have an issue with one side of the headboard becoming detached from the mounting but we were delighted with the response from the Warren Evans team. They communicated clearly and quickly with us regarding the nature of the issue and then sent a team with a new headboard to rectify the problem. I would definitely buy from them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. I don't have such high praise for all of the people I purchase from!
