Lovely receptionist, I had a DHL package to return, he processed it all in seconds no fuss and I was on my way. Fast and efficient service, thank you. The entrance is hidden but there is good signage.
I had a storage locker here for about 4.5 years until recently. From start to finish the service I have received has been first class, the staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are excellent compared to a lot of other places I saw. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this site if you're looking for storage.

Staff are faultless!! Absolutely brilliant customer service! Prices are very reasonable and be sure to check out the website for deals. The only down side is that there isn’t a ground floor that’s level with the entrance level but the lift is very good and wasn’t a problem for us and large items!
Very good storage facility and the customer service was first rate. Very reasonable prices as well.
The service I have received has been excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I always receive updates of any changes at the facility so I know if times change etc. I would recommend this storage facility I have been with them several years and have had no complaints.
Highly recommend Big Blue Squirrel Storage, the staff are amazing, nothing is too small for them to sort for you. 9 times out of 10, Hannah was there and she was always smiling and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, but for the trolleys - they need some new ones!!!
Damon was an absolute STAR! We got exactly what we wanted in a short space of time. The customer service was a 10/10! On top of that the cleanliness was 10/10 Would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Recently rented a storage unit. From the start Hannah was there to advise me of all details when other companies didn't even bother returning my calls. She checked in before moving in to make sure everything was in order and on the day was very helpful. I couldn't recommend this company enough as well as Hannah!
