Bought a Warren Evans bed frame for my daughter because 17 years after buying our own bed and wooden furniture from this company, it’s all still so good. You can’t beat the quality. You may pay more up front than some places but a real cost effective in long term investment. And just a beautiful product. Nothing had dipped in customer service in 17 years- still just great. Over the phone they were extremely patient and helpful regarding my queries. Delivery and build all a super smooth and quick process.
Helpful advice over the telephone. My bed and mattress arrived when expected impressively quick delivery period and the men carried them up two narrow flights of stairs and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. The bed fits the available space perfectly required quite a bit of online research and is very comfortable. Overall good service and just the bed that I wanted. Thank you Warren Evans.
I’m super happy with my new bed and mattress, it looks really stylish and was comfortable from the start. Ordering over the phone was easy, very helpful young man. No long wait between placing my order and delivery. The two men delivery men were very pleasant and professional, they were done and dusted within an hour. My little dog is also delighted with the new bed, a perfect place to hide where I can’t get at her!! Many thanks for providing a great product and excellent service.
I bought a Warren Evans double bed frame and mattress around 8 years ago for the guest room and everyone has always said how comfortable it is. So I was delighted to be emailed about their latest sale as I needed to replace our own mattress and thought I'd treat ourselves to a new bed frame etc too. I used their video chat so I didn't need to visit their showrooms and am really pleased with our final order. Joshua was so helpful and friendly and helped me very much with some very useful advice. I knew they were a good company with excellent products and it is great that they have managed to continue operating.
Absolutely gorgeous bed. Go the extra firm mattress, and it's exactly what we wanted. Really firm but comfortable. The delivery was quick and done by some really lovely Warren Evans staff, not a third party delivery company. Would 100% buy again, but not sure when I'll need another bed as this looks like it will last for years and years!
The staff that I dealt with at Warren Evans communicated a real wish to help me find the right mattress for me. They were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and were very willing to change the first mattress I purchased after a trial period. They were a pleasure to liaise with at each stage and I would highly recommend them as a company.

We bought our first bed frame from Warren Evans around 30 years ago. However, in the last five years, it has needed a few running repairs, so we decided we needed a new frame. After shopping around for some time, and trying and rejecting a few big names, we did the obvious thing, and came back to Warren Evans. They were really helpful. We chose the Shaker bed we wanted at the showroom, and they helpfully delayed delivery until the new bedroom was ready for it. The delivery on the day was on time, and the people who installed it incredibly helpful. It was all finished and tested very quickly. Many thanks.
I went to their showroom where I had a pleasant chat to Jade who recommended the right mattress for my needs. I chose the Organic 2000 firm. The mattress was dropped off on time and very efficiently. The mattress is exactly how it felt at the showroom and my sleep has been amazing without any aches or pains or awkward positions. Compared to the other mattresses at home, I think this one will last forever.
I have had a bed and mattress from Warren Evan’s since 2013. I recently contacted them seeking advice regarding ordering a replacement mattress. Dawid responded the next morning. I ordered Organic+1200firm and got a great deal in their sale. They contacted me the day before delivery. When the 2 guys brought the new mattress they were in and out in 2 minutes flat! Fantastic service! Oh - and the new mattress is excellent. Brilliant team effort. Bravo!
