Avoid like the plague. If I had my way I wouldn’t even award one star. Bought a new dishwasher and washing machine, from Stellisons who sub contract out the installation and servicing to Appliance Force albeit they claim to be Stellisons Service. Neither appliance has been installed correctly by the installation engineers which is now causing me no end of problems, washing machine wandering etc/vibrating like it’s about to fall apart. They made a complete mess of my cupboard door which houses the machine integrated. Damaged my kitchen panel when installing the washing machine but of course denied. When I challenged them they actually accused me of causing the damage before threatening to walk off site. Numerous revisits, still unable to resolve so now I have to use a piece of polystyrene to place on top of the washing machine beneath the worktop as the machine is integrated in order to stabilise it. Never had any issues like this with my old machine, suffice to say my old machine was installed by professionals. Yes I have complained but my numerous complaints just go unanswered unless I chase and chase and even then I don’t get a response. Totally unprofessional service, no customer service or care, very unprofessional telephone manner. Do not use. ***Just by way of an update and reasons to avoid this company if you value your home my complaint made about the professionalism of this company and installation of my washing machine and dishwasher has still not been resolved, some 10 months down the line, totally unacceptable and disgusting*** ***further update, 27/01/21 my complaint as detailed above still remains unresolved. Appliance Force have now taken to completely ignoring my emails. Utterly disgusted with this so called company and their lack of compassion. Please save yourself the aggravation and avoid like the plague*** ***update***, my complaint still remains unresolved. Have since found further damage which has been caused due to the way their incompetent engineers fitted my kitchen cupboard door. Having not been fitted properly it’s been rubbing against the panel same panel which their engineer also damaged where I now have a nasty mark where the high gloss white has rubbed off. If you value your property avoid these bunch of cowboys.

Terrible service - I wouldn’t use again. Paid for two appliances to be fixed, three weeks latter neither are working. They made an appointment and turned up on a different day, claimed to have fixed one appliance and have tested it, on our first use the same fault appeared - then they cancelled the second appointment. Re-appointing for nearly a month after my first call....

Completely unprofessional and incompetent. After 5 weeks of investigation on a fridge freezer their diagnosis was no fault. The freezer compartment was averaging 2.6 deg C. They didn’t have a clue and the manager refused to communicate saying he was too busy and could do no more. He also commented that the fridge compartment averaging 7.5 deg C was perfectly normal. That communication through the poor telephony staff attempting to see she if the manager could speak with me. When asked “at what temperature Should a fridge and freezer operate to be safe” the answer was “we are not technical” that is for the engineers.. An unbelievable experience. Avoid.

If you want an efficient repair service for your washing machine, DO NOT use Stellisons/Euronics/Appliance Force. If the inexperienced repair man's first guess at the problem is incorrect, you will be expected to pay not only for the first part but also for the second part as well. Or a replacement machine. No refund for the the part that wasn't needed. You will also have to wait at least 5 days between each visit. Several weeks without a washing machine is not much fun. I would leave a no stars rating if that were possible.

Cowboys, came to repair washing machine. Damaged it further and been left without a washing machine for a week. They don’t care or will compensate for their negligence.

6 weeks been waiting for a part to fix oven and still they ordered the wrong part suppose to come to fix overn today 28th lady rang to say wrong part was ordered she should learn some manners there custermer service stinks dont know how long it will take part to get overn fixed to fix overn now
