Story

Surewise.com was formed in 2011 with the vision of providing affordable niche insurance products online. Surewise.com is now supported by a team of 14 with two offices in London and Benfleet in Essex.

Recently we’re delighted to have been shortlisted for both the “Best Use of Technology to Improve End-client Experience” from the Insurance Times and the “Customer Experience Award” from the Insurance Post.

Our products include Pet Insurance, Home and Car Warranty, Home Emergency Cover, Landlords Insurance, Gadget, Mobility Scooter Insurance and Vehicle Breakdown Insurance, and we will be introducing more exciting products during 2017.

With our London office based in the centre of the Insurance business sector, we have the opportunity to work closely with underwriters to provide tailored insurance products that give clear and accurate advice to our customers. Key factors when evaluating an insurance product includes an informative and simple to use systems, clear claims process, simple to understand policy wording and of course ‘best buy’ products at competitive prices.

Very limited emergency only cover. Not a breakdown service. I gave Surewise a 1 star review. The company very swiftly got in touch and offered various options. I chose a refund and cancellation of my policy. I have raised my rating to 3/5 stars. The fundamental service in my view is still limited and the premium is better spent on a more complete service.

Well, the proof will be in the pudding, as they say. I've paid for several policies with Surewise now, and their website is slick enough. But will they pay out promptly, should my stored goods ever be involved in an 'incident'? Only time will tell... hopefully I will never have to find out!!

I gave up my british gas policies on 2 properties a month ago and this is the first time I have a problem with a burst pipe. I have been currently waiting for an hour for a response to my call. My tenants have a 2 year old child and have had to turn off the water. I have tried always to be a responsible landlord and look after my tenants. I will have to call out a plumber and be charged a fortune now. I would like a refund . I completely understand that demand is high however this is appalling and not at all any kind of service. I have been repeatedly told one of the team will be with me as soon as possible. Current wait time 1 hour and 11 minutes.

website very easy to use prices good . I have only given 4 stars because as we all know the important part is what happens if you have to make a claim which i have not

Covered my home and my daughte’s house with Surewise. However the drain just outside the kitchen in our garden got blocked up. Surewise informed us the drains outside the house are not covered only the drain inside the house! I feel we were misled.
