Warmstar heating agreed to fix and service my boiler and would do it on Thursday this being Monday. I explained to them that the parking wasn't good and we will show them where to park in the back lane. The engineer turned up when he should have but then said he couldn't park. My wife said he could park in the back lane but he refused and said we will have to get someone else to do it. Then he left. I still have a broken boiler and have to wait again for someone to fix it. Do yourself a favor and go to the someone else first. You will save a lot of time and upset

Highly recommend Warmstar. Have had them out on 2-3 different occasions, always very polite and efficient engineers. Installed a new boiler at a very competitive price which was around 1/3-1/2 the price of a quote I had from British Gas. Really good experience with this company.
