Fantastic service to the DIY-er. Went in this morning knowing only what I had to work with and what I wanted to achieve. What I didn’t know was what products were available to help me get there. Luckily the staff at Plumbase Redruth including a lady named Kat could not have been more helpful. Kat took the time to establish what I was trying to tell her I wanted and spent ages making sure I left with exactly what I needed. She was incredibly patient and I know that in these situations I would try the patience of a saint!nI would say if you are competent with basic engineering principles then with the help of these guys some very basic plumbing tasks such as replacing a bathroom suite is achievable BUT only if you are lucky enough to have a plumbers merchants like this! Thanks a million guys!

Very disappointed, I sent the depot an email enquiring about some fittings and received a read response from 2 people but 2 days later i haven't even had an email to say they can't help or don't stock if that was the case. Perhaps they have so many customers they don't need or want another.

I am not a plumber or builder however it is twice in a week I had to use Plumbase in Redruth and I am very impressed by their service. Both times they have gone out of their way to find the spare parts I needed. Thank you.

poor service the staff don't want to help it seems like they don't want to be there. if that's the case just get another job. I will be using other plumbers merchants from now on.

Easy free parking. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, plus a large selection of stock. Suitable for the trade or general customers.
