If you are a fan of miniature war gaming this is the destination of destinations. Just under 30 detailed, dynamic and well painted dioramas avaliable to view. Historic miniatures and other goodies on display. Massive gaming room with bookable tables. A well stocked store with unique merchandise and a few exclusive models. Well worth seeing.
Visited here recently and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The 4 museum areas include immersive exhibition displays with incredible craftsmanship and a interactive display at the last area. The restaurant was good portions for value and very helpful staff in the shop area - would recommend for a day out at any age
What an amazing place. The staff are absolutely brilliant couldn't be more helpful and friendly, we took our son and he absolutely loved it. We would defiantly go back and visit again. The exhibition was outstanding all of the work and detail that has gone into it really is out of his world.
Visited many times but it was great to see the place buzzing and feel the atmosphere. A great selection of merchandise and supplies available in the shop, amongst the many sets and armies for you to buy. So many painted armies on display, and that's without going in the exhibition spaces. The exhibition has been updated since the last time we went in and there is so much to see! The hours it must take to pull the diaramas together is unreal. The gaming hall is huge and contains a variety of tables that can be booked for use. Friendly staff and so much to see here. Didn't go in the cafe area this time but know it's good from previous visits. Definitely worth a visit. Inspiration everywhere and something for all.
Amazing place to go to for buying stuff, to eat at Bugman's Bar or go play with people in the big hall with incredible terrain for games. The displays are so good! You can view them all for paid entry, but they're very much worth it if you're a fan. Seriously recommend going just once to see it all.
If you like games workshop you'll love this. Forge world exclusives in the shop, free gaming tables recommend booking, free painting stations and 7.50 for the diorama exhibit which is very much worth it. Food is expensive but nice. Trademark GW enthusiasm and friendliness are in abundance here.
Such an amazing place. Super helpful staff and some truly excellent dioramas and displays. Lots of tables to play and to learn. Perfect day out for people of all ages and very reasonably priced exhibition.
Second time I have been here now and it just gets better every time. Staff are helpful, easy to talk to and eager to please. We played all day on a fantastic table and absolutely loved the painting exhibition. Will definitely be back. The atmosphere is fantastic.
We had a great time. Children were excited, but apparently it was better than expected. Bar had reasonable food, staff were amazing. The exhibits were epic. There was an event on, but everyone was super nice and fine with the boys asking questions and checking their models out.
Cracking day. Staff were all great, even when we cleared the shelf and asked for more! Museum and gaming hall were well worth the time spent, and the bugmans food wrapped the day up perfectly. Well worth the 2.5hr drive each way. Already planning our next trip.
