I really wish that this review could be positive because Zabeen was so nice. Unfortunately the waxings my girlfriend and I received were not what you would expect from a "proffesional" 

We felt that the room we were treated in could have been a lot cleaner, the floor was covered in a plastic sheet but this was covering mud and dust that had clearly been there for some time. There was also cobwebs and in general could have been more sanitary. 

The next point was that despite what we felt were clear, simple requests, Zabeen removed a lot more hair than we asked for. 

Finally, we both felt it was more painful than previous waxes and this was demonstrated a day or two later when we both had what looked like burnt skin, redness and soreness.

Positive experience; very friendly wax therapist who put me at ease as I was nervous having a Brazilian wax. Very reasonably priced too! I will return!! Many thanks, Voulla.

A really professional and relaxed environment to be in. I was made to feel at home strait away. 
Getting waxed by Zabeen has turned out to be a real confidence booster for me and I will continue using ware2wax for the forseeable future!
