Everytime I left the salon, I felt very happy and satisfied with how clean and pretty my nails looked! They really pay attention to detail and do it professionally without damaging your natural nails, unlike other nail salons do! Really recommend :
I have always had my nails done at Gold Nails and have never been disappointed. I would recommend them to everyone. They are so lovely and professional and nothing is no trouble. To be honest, I would give them more than 5 stars. Keep up the good work guys!!

Have been getting my nails done for over 10 years so when I moved to Ware last year, my friend recommended this nail salon and I have not been disappointed. They always make my nails perfect. Service is lovely. They are always polite and courteous and it’s in a great location too. Happy to recommend
So the last time I went to get my nails done they had wrecked my nails made them all short and break like every week. They had made my nails wonky as well as pulling my hand and pulling my fingers so that they clicked as I was looking around the room. Some of the staff is very rude and abrupt. They touch all your things while you are washing your hands. They have dented my friend thumb nail. Very appalled by the customer service. Do not recommend them the slightest.
Brilliant! As I'm a florist normally shellac doesn't last longer than a week without being chipped, gold nails lasted 3 weeks for me! Very nice staff aswell x
