Wardown Park

Its great to be here,ducks always hungry and kids never get tired of feeding them.feel nice walking along the water. Play area where rides are is quite busy. Wardown park museum is worth seeing as well. Would be unfair not to mention the ice-cream which we always eat here.

Very good place for kids and adults alike. Spacious. Water bodies and birds. Plenty of picnic opportunities.

A really big park, great for long walks. A popular place to walk dogs. There are 2 car parks. There is a golf course and tennis court too. Has a big lake with different species of ducks. There is a play area for children & a food/ice-cream shack which serves great food and staff there are helpful. Has a great museum with free entrance. Staff here are also helpful. It's a really interesting and educational place. Has a historical background. Great for a family day out. Has something for everyone. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Lovely morning with my two year old grandson. We walked round the lake which is waking up with the spring coming and we went into the swings, one of the gates was faulty and was left open.

Very under estimated park beautiful in the fine weather and lots of events put on by the council throughout the year
