We always visit here. I would definitely recommend it. My 1 & 4 year old absolutely love it, it’s age appropriate for them and it’s a relaxing happy environment. The birthday parties are also amazing!!!!!!

I visited Kidd N Play on Friday afternoon with my 2 daughters. At first I was apprehensive due to the negative reviews, but thought I would make my own mind up. I am glad I did. My daughters loved the soft play, which was fully equipped, safe and clean, which is what us parents really want from a soft play centre. There is plenty of space for parents/carers to sit and enjoy a cup of tea / coffee. I found the staff members to be friendly and helpful. Although I did feel for the staff to have to keep going back and forth to the entrance to let people in / out, but I am guessing due to the school holidays they may have been short staffed. Luton needs more places like this, as I do tend to head over to stevenage or mk for entretaining my children. Keep up the good work. We will be back for sure, as my daughters have told me they want to play again. Thank you for an entertaining couple of hours

During our first visit to Kid'n'Play we were offered to sign up for their newsletter in order to receive promotions, discounts and invitations to free events. We happily agreed and paid £5 to sign up. We haven't heard from them anything for couple of months, not even a welcome e-mail. So on our next visit which was 3-4 months later we questioned that and the lady on reception told that they sign people up in bunches of 50 applications and showed us bunch of papers with people's applications. We found it strange that in 4 months time they still didn't sign up 50 people but accepted their excuse. We haven't been there since and it has been nearly a year since we signed up for their newsletter but we still haven't heard anything. Basically we paid money for nothing what a shame!

Its funny how everyone who wrote a bad review was replied with "sorry we can't trace your visit". I did a trial shift here, the manager is so unprofessional , rude and just an idiot. He clearly doesn't know how to run a business. The bad reviews could not be more truthful. The kitchen is so dirty and greasy, its hardly ever cleaned, cups are re-used almost all the time.

Still waiting for confirmation email regarding my sons birthday party. Paid 50 for deposit. It's been two months and my sons birthday is coming up. There is never a answer on the phone. Unorganised or thieves? I also suspect the manager to have anger management problems from the complaints about the outburst he has. Definitely unsafe for children.
