As amateurs we know little about plants and shrubs but thanks to a very knowledgeable expert here we came away with what was best for our needs. The centre itself was excellent with a wide variety of products, can heartily recommend. It's also nice to see an independent centre instead of all these multiples who usually have a more limited choice.

Expected better but very disappointed in the food and restaurant experience. Ordered coffee, hot chocolate and two chicken and bacon baguettes as part of our order, drinks arrived quickly but a wait of over 20-25 minutes for food. The wait wouldn't have been too much of a problem, however, the drinks had been drunk or would have gone cold before the food arrived....why could the drinks not come out with the food? When the food did arrive it was very dry thinly sliced pieces of chicken and burnt and dry bacon. Was very tempted to complain and on reflection should have done but in fairness we didn't fancy waiting another 20 minutes for food. On the plus side the chips were good.

Lovely afternoon tea today. Food was of a high standard especially the cakes. Could not fault the food or the service. Thank you.
