The worst people I have ever encountered in my whole life . They are geniunely evil . Rude attitude lack of professionalism and on top of that they're are big faced liars when I tried to make things simpler by collecting certain information from my solicitor the registrar said "don't tell me how to do my job" but he managed to take wrong details and waste our time . They'll do all they can to be unhelpful . The reception desk seems to have a deep lack of training to the point they can't even process a phone payment and if they say they'll call you back that's just to get rid of you . I feel deeply bad for people who need their help in major issues . Such shame the government is represented by a bunch of apathetic individuals. I will certainly raise these issues with their senior staff in a formal complaint and I will take it as far as I can as I feel absolutely frustrated by their attitude.

Disgusting business practices. The parking meter, phone app AND telephone service didn't work. But then if you get a fine for this and want to dispute it, they charge you an exorbitant additional fee for the right to appeal. It seems they only do a good job when it comes to taking money from residents and visitors.

I have called, service completed automated. I thought I would email as I have started a new job and now work full time so I can’t come in. Guess what no one has replied to my email. Does anyone have any advice? I am not in a position to go there physically
