The bicycle parking suffers from permanent bikes that haven't moved for months. There are around 40 bikes taking up valuable space which need removing. It would be nice to see these bikes removed to make way for others who wish to use this excellent facility.

Walton on Thames station is Excellent. Friendly staff that are polite and helpful. It has shops that are convenient outside and inside, with the newsagents and the Icing on the cake is the Little Cafe that is run by 2 lovely amazing guys who are amazingly Professional polite and very friendly. It has what is needed but the Coffee is the Best, that's why everyone comes here before getting on the train. Not to forget to mention how clean and organise the Cafe is which is important to us all 👍👍👍

The boys in the cafe are stars. I still don't understand why we have ticket readers when they dont work and we are outside zone 6 any way

Kind, helpful staff, -Wish there was less chewing gum stuck to everything- but overall a fantastic, reliable station.
