Great ice cream and chocolate but the service in the eating in was really bad. I hate to complain but haven't been in years and went in with a friend on Thursday. We got a little confused about the options for ice cream with waffles and when ordering the young girl with dark hair tutted and rolled her eyes a few times because we were asking about what options there were, and even when I asked about toppings. The menu for them was on the counter but not on the tables, so i didn't immediately see them. She just made us feel really uncomfortable when ordering because we were asking questions. As I said the ice cream itself is lovely, and bought some lovely chocolates for my niece for easter.

Amazing flavours of ice cream and amazing dessert. They are very generous with the portions so you definitely get what you pay for. They also offer lots of different sauces and toppings to put on top of the ice cream. It can be very busy during the summer so you may have to wait for a long time and there may be no table but it is definitely worth it. The Alpacas are cute
