Our house is a rural property and is known by 3 different addresses between the local council, bank and original mortgage provider. Most lenders didn't like the address complications or weren't interested when we explained it was a small holding and came with 4.5 acres of land. We approached Ben after 2 months of being refused quotes, he directed us to a more sympathetic lender and after explaining the address and postcode situation obtained an offer for us. When the valuer raised issues over the traditional construction elements of the house (rubble stone walls), Ben used his experience and industry contacts to ascertain the exact problem. He then gave us advice of what reports to obtain to satisfy the lender and we went on to exchange in just over 3 months from initial application. I can not praise him enough for his determination and support during a long a complicated application process.

I encourage anyone buying property to use Wall 2 Wall services. We started talking to Ben about 4 years ago when, as a family of expats, we were returning to the UK after 17 years in the USA. At that time Ben helped us navigate the challenge of a limited UK credit history to purchase property. As our interest in UK property has grown we continue to return to Ben and the Wall 2 Wall finance team. Ben asks intelligent questions to determine the requirements and then finds products that get the job done. Five stars indeed for both expertise and customer service. Ben Wall and his Team have delivered the best advice and the most competitive rates and deals available in the market. I would have no hesitation whatsoever, in highly recommending Wall 2 Wall Finance, whether with regard to arranging Simple Mortgages, Complex Mortgages or Regular Re-Mortgages, as without fail, time and time again, Wall 2 Wall Finance have consistently achieved what other Mortgage Brokers thought was impossible.
