Service is often a little slow as there's usually a queue but at least it's friendly and helpful.

Find the staff at the HSBC bank in Keynsham very brusk abrupt almost rude they seem to think they are doing you a favour by serving you. I went in the bank to put some money in the account of a friend of mine and walked out thinking I'm so glad i don't bank with HSBC. So sad a little smile and common curtsy goes a long way. Customer service  v poor
