I have always had perfect service from Walkers. Kept informed at all times telling you which car will be arriving even giving you the reg number, colour and make. Cant fault them .

Just got a taxi from odeon cinema to town. Usually costs £6.50 he charged me £10 and didnt have a meter reading on.

Will never use them again. Was left completely high and dry with 3 young children after making a booking for an airport run and even confirming it the night before. Appallingly rude on the phone. Many other more reliable firms in Tunbridge Wells.

Not only poor service but also just downright rude. We arranged a simple airport pickup and when the driver wasn't there we called to see where he was. We were told he was stuck in traffic. When we asked what time he would arrive and if he had a mobile we could contact him on the guy in the office said he couldn't give out numbers and then put the phone down. Just unnecessary. I would recommend going to a firm that at least appreciates your business and has a reasonable grasp of basic customer service like calling you to tell you their drivers are late rather than rely on telepathy!!. Not difficult really

Amazing company, amazing staff and amazing driver's. Always give me 5 star service, and are happy to do either the biggest or smallest journey, never moan
