Driver was far too fast and everyone ( all aged 20-30) were scared by experience. Then topped off with being charged a crazy price for a short journey.. be careful with their pricing, they'll add on extra if you're not careful. I would recommend other friendlier rural taxi companies first

Just disgusted and furious! The taxi failed to arrive to collect our very frail and ill grandad to attend his wife's funeral. They didn't bother to tell us that they were no longer coming. Taxi had been booked for 2 weeks in advance and confirmed again 4 days ago. They knew how important it was and where he was going. Awful service, would never use or recommend. Use a different service.

Great Taxi service! I use these for work and they are very reliable...would definitely recommend! Lady on the telephone is lovely and helpful too!

I would normally give this service a higher level. The cars and great the drivers polite and on time to the time the are given. However today I missed my train. I rang and spoke to the controller. Who to be honest sounded half asleep, yawning etc. Was also quite short on the phone with me. My phone says 10 past his said 16 apparently. Regardless I asked for a taxi asap, in 10 mins if possible as my train was at 6:34. I was told I will send that straight away madam. So I'm standing out in the cold. At 24 past. I checked my phone and it said it confirmed booking for half past. So I rang up and said clearly that is asked for asap. In 10 mins if they didn't have one I could of walked in the time since the call. So he said yes man the call has been sent to the driver and he will be with u in a few minutes. 7 mins later as my message came through he was here at 31. Actually arrived at 32. And I missed my train. I obvs spoke to the driver about this. And instead of apologising for false promises. The controller rang me and spoke to me rather rudely down the phone. Having been a controller this isn't what I would expect to get. And won't be using them again.
