I broke my iphone screen. This shop said they could fix it in 30 mins. They then 'fixed' the phone in front of me (over an hour later) except it was the wrong phone and they had to start again. I immediately noticed the colours on the screen weren't as vivid. Within 30 minutes of leaving the shop some icons weren't activating when I touched them but switching the phone off sorted that temporarily. When I type, the phone vibrates, a line goes across the screen and the letter skips. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. What a waste of £70 and to think I've invalidated my warranty too. **Update** Since leaving the above review last night, my new screen has cracked, half the apps won't activate when touched, not even 'settings'. I switched the phone off to reboot, thinking that would fix it and now cannot access it at all because I can't enter my pin because the screen won't recognise some of the numbers. I so wish I'd seen the bad reviews before I went here. The shop wasn't called Walk & Talk either, it has a different sign outside. I was on holiday in Ramsgate (4 hours from home) so I cannot even challenge these charlatans for my money back. NEVER USE THEM!!!

Never ever use these people trust me. They bugger up your phone. And who places their own feedback. And doesn't change their name lol. Rip off shop and bad for business big time. This place should be shut down for good. Heard and seen to much bad feedbacks
