I would like to commend Shaun Jarman in Argos. Apart from bring extremely polite and understanding with securing missing parts , his efficiency was brilliant. He did what he said he would do and more and made the whole experience easy rather than a frustrating chore. Thank you Shaun.
Ordered an item online to be delivered to Argos for collection. Needed to call them to arrange a deferred collection date - only you can't call them. The numbers lead nowhere and simply offer endless recorded menus. Hopeless. Zero human contact or assistance.
The assistant on duty Tiny was very helpful with my e-bay click and collect, I arrived to collect before the eBay bar code had been processed and sent to me, so she fast tracked it though for me, I would just like to say thank you to her, a credit to Argos/eBay.
Visited yesterday morning. Service was slow and employee was rude and sarcastic even though it was her and her colleague that were at fault. It was not particularly busy so they weren't under pressure. Both employees looked bored and uninterested. If I worked in retail and got the service I was given, I'd expect the customer to complain to my manager and I'd apologise for the sarcasm. Such a shame as the staff in the old Ramsgate store were really helpful and polite. Customer service training needed here.

Quick and efficient service. Item was ready collect early this morning even though its a Bank Holiday weekend. Thank you to all the staff working so the rest of us can get bits that we need and want.
We all know what to expect from argos nowadays . Good service etc.. the only problem is with them cramming their selves into sainsbury etc.. on space saving they seem to hold less stock . I ordered 3 items and only one was in stock ! Hmmm your move argos
Only place locally that has ninja air fryers! What a time to be alive!!!
