The treatment i had received at Southgate Dentists was extremely professional and i was comforted heavily by the kind dentists. I was quite reluctant to have my wisdom teeth extracted, and so i was advised to attend this practice as i would given sedation which really made the whole experience a lot less stressful. The environment they had created was very comforting, and with sedation i did not feel any of the treatment and forgot about the whole extraction after it was over. I will definitely be returning to Southgate Dentists to have any other treatments and i would like to give a special thanks to everyone there who offered great support.
I had experienced a couple of distressing visits to other dentists in the Bradford area, both with procedure and dental practice, feeling very reluctant I looked for a dentist with positive reviews and was referred to Southgate Dental Practice. From making the appointment to my first consultation I was immediately put at ease, any questions I had were answered patiently and with empathy. Najim and his team were exceptionally reassuring, all of them taking the time to listen to my views, my worries and acknowledge my anxieties. Subsequent appointments and the after care did not disappoint either, I cannot recommend this dentist enough, my faith has been restored along with my smile, I have nothing but love for these guys. Trust restored! Thank you!
The practice was very welcoming and clean. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The dentist is very well experienced and the job was done professionally. I strongly recommend this practice.
I asked for a full new denture upper and lower and the dentist did a fabulous job. It was quite a difficult task for him to make it fitted and comfortable. He acted very professionally and even if I was impatient, I am fully satisfied at the end. Just a couple of adjustments 2 days later it's normal and I have now a complete and very comfortable denture. I can warmly recommend Southgate dentist! Not to forget the friendly staff :-
I attended Southgate Dentists recently for a difficult tooth extraction under sedation. I felt that this was necessary because the waiting time for sedation treatment via my NHS dentist was far too long for the pain I was suffering. However, this seemed like a world far away from my regular dentist. The staff had more time. The dentist, his nurse, and the receptionist were all exceptionally kind, patient, positive, reassuring and professional. The surgery and waiting area were spacious, comfortable, peaceful and spotlessly clean. My treatment was carefully explained, all my questions and fears answered and it was carried out promptly. Pricing was clear. I wholeheartedly recommend Southgate Dentists to anyone else in a similar position to myself. It cost me a bit of money but they were my saviours!

Genuinely the best dentist I've been to in my 28 years. I was suffering considerable pain from a broken tooth and visted 3 different dentists to try and and get treatment sooner. Southgate resolved the issue in record time and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The practise is clean, efficient and the staff are friendly and knowledgable.
Fantastic dentist! I was initially looking for a provider who offered sedation which is unavailable on the NHS. Following the initial consultation I was extremely satisfied with the care and service received. A few days later I had some dental work carried out by sedation. It was wonderful. I was unaware of the full procedure. Painless and with no lingering pain or effects from the sedation. I have decided to leave my current dentist and become a Southgate Dentist patient. An excellent practice, fully recommended.
It's easy to underestimate how much drastically tooth pain can affect life. My tooth pain affected me a lot especially with daily activities. I found the Southgate dentist practice online and read that they treat nervous patients so I immediately registered with them. As a new registered patient, during my first appointment, I was extremely scared but I was provided with a fantastic standard of care, support and help throughout every appointment I have been attending. Dr Najim Ghulam always gives good advice for oral health. Thank you for being patient when I had my first appointment and was totally anxious and panicking! I always feel at ease when I have to visit so thank you for making every experience a positive one and ensuring that my teeth stay healthy. I can’t say that I’ve ever enjoyed going to the dentist, but now I no longer fear going to the dentist. As someone who used to panic, stress and have a bad reflex gag, I was recommended to have sedation. This was done in a quick and straightforward way. It allowed me to relax, reduced my reflex gag reaction and put me at ease. I have to admit that I was really anxious about getting a root canal and my composite fillings but with the sedation, expertise and your level of competence, I felt very at ease and after my appointment I felt like I didn't even go to the dentist! My mind-set and experience has changed a lot now due sedation, knowledge and kindness of the dentist and their staff. They are always extremely friendly, welcoming, warm and have an exemplary person-centred care approach. Thank you so much for always being polite and patient when answering my many questions, I really appreciate all of your help and services. Now, I know that I never need to stress when I am in your competent care and your diligent hard work certainly does not go unnoticed. I feel very lucky to be one of your patients and your entire team is an example of how true professionals perform. The practice is very clean, professional and comfortable especially the waiting room. You deserve lots of credit for the hard work that you do! I would definitely and strongly recommend this dental practice to anyone especially those who are scared of going to the dentist or have a phobia of it. Keep up the exceptional work.
A clean clinic offering a friendly and soothing atmosphere. The most relaxing dentistry I've been too. Dr Ghulam is truly a specialist and took care of my treatments - offering valuable advice that wasn't offered by others. I'm really happy I joined as a patient.
