I have been bringing my disabled mum in ossett shop for years and I am disgusted that lately the staff will not open the door to get my mum's wheelchair in NO mote and when someone does open a door for us staff rush over saying the other door .non of your staff can be bothered about their disabled customers an will not go upstairs to get key to open other door so it is wide enough. I will be taking this further as it is so sad you treat your disabled customers so bad ..
Tidy little charity shop, based across two shops. The prices are much more expensive than others in areas such as Mirfield, but the stock quality is quite good.
