Shopping at Waitrose is always a treat. There are certainly specialty items a discerning shopper just can't get anywhere else.
Why do you think it’s a good idea to reorganise the store? You just have lots of frustrated customers, not able to find what they want and taking much more time to shop than they wanted.
As per the instructions on the sign at Click & Collect parking bay, I stayed in the car and called the phone number accordingly, but no one picked up the call. I kept calling again and again, ringing at least 5 minutes EACH call, but still no one picked up. I have no choice but to wake my toddler up and go into the shop's Customer Service. I explained what had happened, still, the staff even said I was late... But in fact, I arrived on time, only because I wasted over 20mins calling their phone number which no one answered. I have much better experience using Click & Collect with other supermarkets, so NO next time Banstead Waitrose.
Amazing staff, first time coming to this Waitrose and I’ve had huge help finding the produce from an employee called Daniel.
Absolutely vile woman at self scanners this afternoon around 12pm. Made me empty out my backpack even though I was about to pay for the items that I had packed inside and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. short brown hair, I’d say she’s in her 40s. Horrible horrible woman.
