I have mixed feelings about M&S Simply Food. On one hand, I love the convenience of having a small grocery store nearby where I can pick up fresh and high-quality food items. OK for a fast pop in & out. A bit on the small side for me. Also parking can be a problem. Shop is on the High Street, so no big shopping trips here for me. Although some of their products are OK. Mid range prices.
Shop here a lot. Great food and kind staff. Lots of food to offer as well as a delicious bakery
Please be aware. Currently selling 12 large free range eggs for £4.00. Box has a sticker on 'Bigger pack better value. Store also selling 6 large free range eggs for £1.85. False advertising using the sticker. Save yourselves some money and buy 2 packs of 6.
Always clean and well presented. Staff work hard to keep the store going and there is also someone at the door to greet you. Recently, some card-only self service machines were installed which allows for more people to pay at the same time. Good range of products due to store size. Other local stores are bigger and sell a bigger range.
