Poor customer service - Saturday shop and staff had no idea about products or services. Spoke to manager and I don't think she was bothered. Well stocked but the store is a trip hazard. Pile them high, sell them high keep your expectations low :-
I bought a salad on Monday evening. I got home to find the whole lettuce was brown inside, it was inedible. The cucumber had gone bad at the end. This is not what I expect from Waitrose.

Terribly run store that never has any food!nOnce again I am walking round Waitrose and there is hardly any food!! What food there is especially veg is due to go off today, is already half rotten and reduce by 20p or less. Meal deals and offers have half the selections missing. Options are severely limited... Avoid! If you must shop Waitrose go to a different one!!!
