I rang the store 10 minutes before arrival to let them know I had a big delivery for them coming and to ask for the shutters to come up so I could use the scissor lift and they said no worries they would do that. I get to the store and the shutters were still up so I rang again to let them know that I’ve arrived and asked for the shutters to come up so I can do the delivery as it would’ve been a lot easier. After that they made me wait in the yard for about 10+ minutes for them to come out and say that I’ll have to use the tail lift. The reason for the 2 stars and not the one is because they’re lady that came out to speak to me was nice.
Rude and incompetent staff, whoever just served me at the parcel counter has an absolutely disgusting attitude, who do you think you are talking to me like that? Jobsworth. I was in a rush but I definitely should’ve spoken to your manager! Learn how to treat people with respect and you’ll get it back. Will never shop here again. You are in customer service. Remember that.
Love the big parking. Good stuff and full staff team but most of young staff was busy at their mobile even I asked them couple of time for help. Btw I got help and stuff too.
If variety is the spice of life then in the sphere of supermarkets Waitrose is the place to be, here in Market Harborough. Whichever aisle one navigates the variety of merchandise one sees is like walking down an emporium in an arcade. By way of example, I strongly recommend the 'Breakfast Aisle'. Here you will delight in merchandise that one does not see in other supermarkets; Kelloggs and Weetabix and other trade names are available but the golden box among these and others is Whole Earth, Golden Organic Corn Flakes and they are Gluten Free. However, my favourite breakfast food is Flahavan's Organic Porridge Oats. If this wets your appetite then visit Waitrose and browse along the aisles, and if in doubt about a particular product just ask a member of staff; all are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Make the effort and you will not be disappointed.
Richard from the delivery team was INCREDIBLE. I don’t ever have the time to write reviews but I just had to find the time on this occasion. I made an absolute mess by putting the wrong address and he was a dream in helping me resolve it. Such a kind gentleman who made sure my experience with Waitrose was a really positive one.
